Due to COVID-19, deliveries are taking a little longer than expected – but they are getting through. Freight companies are dealing with a bit of a backlog because of the shortage of flights, but they are working on getting your parcel to you as soon as possible. Know that your delivery is in safe hands, and is tracked from start to finish.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to PO boxes
I Have a Magic Ball and Book Bags  ships to addresses within Australia and PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)

Damaged parcels

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
